• Domestic shipments should be returned within 10 days.
• International shipments should be returned within 20 days.
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Buyer assumes all return shipping costs.           
• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.                                                                                              
• Damaged items must have insurance to file a claim.
• Please include your invoice number when filing a damage claim.
• Insurance claims for domestic shipments are filed online.
• Heroes4Sale assumes all return shipping costs for any incorrect items.

 Domestic Shipping Policy:

• We ship via USPS and UPS to all domestic locations.
• Some items cannot be packaged together.
• UPS Ground is offered on all items except posters and prints.
• USPS Priority Mail is offered on all items except for drop shipments.
• We do offer flat rate box and envelope pricing from USPS.
• These items have limitations on quantities.
• We offer USPS Media Mail on qualifying items.
• If you choose a non qualifying item USPS Media Mail will be unavailable.
• All USPS Media Mail packages under 13 oz automatically ship via USPS First Class mail.
• Delivery confiramtion or tracking is included on all shipping prices.
• We guarantee delivery on all domestic shipments and take full responsibility for lost shipments.

 International Shipping Policy:

• We ship via USPS International Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.
• All shipments over $400 must be sent USPS Express Mail.
• USPS Express Mail includes $100 of coverage.
• All international shipments include delivery confirmation.
• Some items cannot be packaged together.
• We offer insurance on all applicable countries.

• All items with the exception of books and graphic novels are in stock and ready to ship.
• We stock a wide variety of books and graphic novels however we do allow backorders on these items.
• Backorder items can take up to 14 days to process prior to shipping.
• If for any reason we cannot fill your order for these items we will promptly notify you and refund your purchase.

 Pre-Orders

• All Pre-Orders require payment in advance.
• Refunds on pre-orders are permitted up to 60 days from the payment date or 14 days after delivery.
• Pre-Ordered items combined with in stock merchandise will ship on the expected delivery date of the pre-order.
• Please purchase items seperately if you wish to have your other items delivered first.
• The expected delivery date is given by the manufacturer and subject to change.
• Pre-Order items may be subject to allocations on first release.
